It is that time of the month for the Waltzingmouse Blog Party!

This month the theme is Summertime.  I am really pleased that I got my new Country Labels 4 in time to use it for the Blog Party.

I used the sketch from this week's CAS(E) this Sketch for my super CAS card.

April Waltzingmouse Blog Party - Spring Flowers

It's the 17th and time for this month's Waltzingmouse Blog Party!

This month theme is Spring Flowers.  Since I don't have any flower sets in my collection YET from Waltzingmouse I used the snowflake from Sewing Box Christmas to create my springtime flowers.

March Waltzingmouse Blog Party - Lucky

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It's time for the March Waltzingmouse Blog Party.  The theme this month is Lucky!

By marriage is am part Irish, hence the McNeely.  Therefore my husband and children are part Irish.  My husband's great grandfather came to Canada in the late 1800's and settled in an area just outside of Ottawa, Ontario which was later named Carlton Place.  There is now a street there near the original homestead named after the family called McNeely Avenue.  Just a bit of trivia!

Waltzingmouse Blog Party - February

It's February 17th and time for this month's Waltzingmouse Blog Party!

This month the theme is doilies and I am very excited to share a doily that I made using my Cameo.  I have never really been a fan of Papertrey Ink's Ocean Tides as a colour, but I have been using it quite a bit lately and I can't seem to get enough of it!

For my card I stamped my background using Waltzingmouse's Woodgrain I just love the texture it adds.  I die cut a heart from the My Heart cut files and stamped the corresponding image in Ocean Tides.  A strip of paper stamped again with Ocean Tides and letters from Woodenheart Alphabet in Dark Chocolate was added to the bottom  The card was finished off with a button tied with a jute bow.

It is the 17th today and time for the Waltzingmouse Blog Party!

The theme for this month's Blog Party is LOVE.

My stamps didn't make it on time to me for this month's Blog party but I did go ahead and purchase the cut files for My Heart so that I could use them today and have them when my lovelies arrive.

I used the small stamps from Chicken Wire for my background and die cut my arrow heart and stamped the tiny heart from Sewing Bow Christmas to a small red heart from the cut files set.  A bit plain but actually quite pretty.  Thanks for taking a look.

Waltzingmouse Blog Party - November

Time for another Waltzingmouse Blog party.  I am really excited to be a part of the Blog Party for the second time.  I have to say I am falling in love with Watlzingmouse stamps.  The theme for this month's party is gratitude.  Three are so many things to be grateful for, family of course but also for all of the wonderful people I have met through blogging.  It really is like a sisterhood.  My Copic colouring is still a work in progress, but I gave blending my best shot.    I hope that all my American friends have a wonderful Thanksgiving next week.

Waltzingmouse Blog Party

This is my first Waltzingmouse Blog Party!  This month's is a colour challenge featuring purple, orange and black.  I love these colours together and yes I could have done another theme besides Halloween but I was so excited to use some Waltzingmouse Halloween images (thanks Renee for sending me some goodies to play).  Just last weekend I purchased the Memory Box Grand Maison Window Die after stalking it for way too long at the Ontario Scrapfest show in Oshawa, so I popped it up over the witch from Halloween Party stamped on WPlus9 Oatmeal  cardstock. I die cut Bewitched at the bottom of the window from Hocus Pocus also stampd in WPlus9 Oatmeal with the Stitched Sentiment Flag from Lil' Inkers.
