This week's Cue is:
It has been a busy couple of weeks for me but now that the Canadian Thanksgiving is done I think things might calm down a bit. We had a busy weekend that kicked off with my daughter's grade 12 graduation. Why so late you ask? With the teachers strike last year the ceremonies were pushed to the Friday before Thanksgiving. Although she felt like high school was so long ago, especially now that she is starting her first reading week of University. However she was thrilled to see her friends again and we were so proud of her that she graduated with honours and as an Ontario Scholar. We had my husband's family come visit for the weekend and we enjoyed a barbecued turkey and all the fixings topped off with homemade pies a Kawartha Daries ice cream! Yup I am good till Christmas now--lol
During Thanksgiving weekend I took some photos as the leaves on my property are just peaking before they fall, I thought I would share a few.
