Happy World Card Making Day!
What are your plans for today?
Time for this week's new colour duo at Dynamic Duos!
This week is a bold and sassy colour duo, hope you play along.
For my card I used the new sketch at Seize the Sketch and gave it a counterclockwise turn. Really loving the rich vibrant colours against the white. I stamped the chevron on white and fussy cut, then created a banner the same width that I embossed the sentimentn on. I will also be submitting this to Seize the Sketch #5.
Cardstock: White (Papertrey Ink) Island Indigo (Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Autumn Pattern Pieces (Papertrey Ink) Sentiment Sampler (Paper Smooches)
Ink: Terracotta Tile (Papertrey Ink) VersaMark (Tsukineko)
other: foam tape, white embossingn powder

This is just fabulous. I did not care for that sketch until I saw what you did with it. I love the bold colors against the white, and the embossed white sentiment is perfect.

This is CAS perfection, Tracey! I love it and hope you had a great WCMD!!!
Fabulous take on the sketch Tracey! I love the CASness with that cute sentiment! Thank you so much for the sweet comment on my blog :) I used Island Indigo for sponging my clouds. I tend to like the tealish colors of blues. I've tried a lot of different inks and I do like SU the best. Have a wonderful Sunday! :)
Love your graphic feel, Tracey! The banner with the diamonds in those colors is so punchy.
Can't wait to share photos from meeting Ardyth and the others on Friday ... it was something else!!
