CAS-ual Fridays #39 - Love Ya to Pieces

Paper piercing is the challenge at CAS-ual Fridays this week.  I was going through some scraps in my Easter bin this week and decided to use my scraps and pieces together some decorated Easter eggs.  Have you ever cut your finger on an egg before?  Well today I cut my finger on an egg die!  Nothing serious, a little band aid did the trick and  we were back in business.

All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Cardstock: White, Summer Sunrise
Designer Paper:  For Peeps Sake (Imaginisce)
Stamps:  Egg Print
Ink: Summer Sunrise, Hawaiian Shores (PTI), Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Dies: Egg, Ric Rack
Other:  foam dots

These are really cute. I'm sorry you suffered injuries making these eggs. Next time, scramble. Ha ha. I really like the simplicity of this card. All that white space really highlights those darling eggs.

By the way, thank you so much for your kind wishes on my recent blog post--the situation is better now and your kindness helped!

Ack!! I guess you really have to watch out for some of these 'dangerous' crafting supplies, eh?? I know I've suffered the occasional nick or cut, etc. from my supplies.

Love your clean and simple paper-pieced Easter card. Those little eggs are adorable. ;-)
