Color Hues Challenge #101

 Happy New Year! 

Wishing you good health and happiness in 2025!

  Not only is it the first day of the new year it's also time for a new Color Duo at the Color Hues Color Challenge! Teammate Sheri Gilson chose one of my favourite combinations of Red and Kraft.

I used an older cover die from MFT stamps for my panel. I die it from kraft cardstock and then cleaned all the hearts out and backed the panel with red cardstock for my faux inlay look. 

    

The Hugs die was also an older MFT die that I cut three time from black cardstock and glued together for a nice thick sentiment. I glued it to the front panel with liquid glue.

NOTE: The dies I used have been retired but I put a couple dies on my supplies list that would give the same or a similar look. Be creative with what you have in your own supplies.

Once the word was adhered to my panel I added some of the gold sparkle hearts I had die cut earlier. Those hearts were inlay into the front panel with a bit of glue.
