We have a new color duo over at the the Color Hues Color Challenge for Challenge #65!
I have to admit I was a bit stumped with these colours. I love them together, but wasn't sure what direction to take my card. I used an older set from MFT Stamps called Coffee Date. I really like how each of the images has an outline stamp and a solid stamp to fill it in. It has a groovy kind of vibe.
The images were stamped with Catherine Pooler Inks--Rockin' Red and Cummerbund!
The sentiment is from the MFT Stamps Coffee Order stamp set!
Please pop over to the Color Hues if you have not been there yet and see the fabulous creations my teammates have made using red and aqua!
Thanks for stopping in and have a great day!

Tracey, Nothing would make me happier than to sit and share a cup with you! Darling card and a great idea with the colors. Enjoy your weekend.
Love the simplicity of your card! What a fun invitation for a friend.
I think it's a pretty "groovy" card too Tracey!! I love how the set has the outline and the solid centers...it looks wonderful in these colors and I love, LOVE it!! Hugs. :0)
Terrific card & wish we could have coffee together!
That coffee pot - it's terrifically retro Tracey, it reminds me of a stove top percolator my mom had when I was young (which was a million years ago lol!). Love how you came up with this brilliant CAS card using these colors!
This is one of my fav MFT sets and it's a good one to pull out for any color combo. Love the retro feel of the stamps with the retro color combo.
I'm just loving your CAS designs recently and this is a fabulous one!
I like the mid-century vibe! I think our old kitchen at home had these colors. Love how you've used them for such a sweet invitation!
