Happy Friday!
I have a very late entry for the Color Hues Color Challenge #18.
I used ink blending and the debossed side of the Open Studio Sweet Pea 3D Embossing Folder to create this beautiful. embossed background. I trimmed the panel down and adhered it to a card base with foam tape. I ink blended the embossed side the same way and made a second panel for a card. I stamped the 2 die sentiment with both black and white so I have sentiments for two cards.
I ink blended the embossed side of the folder and got a really bold debossed panel that is slightly imperfect making it a little more edgy.
Thanks for stopping in!

This is so beautiful, Tracey! I'm glad you got it in on time. The embossing folder is stunning and so is your ink blending! Thanks for joining us at Color Hues!
So pretty, Tracey! I like the bold statement the black adds to the sentiment!
Love them both, Tracey! The bold sentiment is perfect for these 'edgy' designs - and what a gorgeous embossing folder for this technique!

Well, you really made the tail end of the Color Hues challenge shine with this beauty! I have got to revisit some older techniques and this one is one of them for sure. I have the perfect EF too. Thanks for the motivation! Now, can you help me with time management too? LOL So happy to see you in the gallery once again! Have a great weekend!
Absolutely gorgeous results, Tracey! I haven't been happy when I ink an embossing folder, but think I'll try inking an embossed panel now!
