colourQ #170 & RS #44


Happy New Year!
Welcome to the first colourQ challenge of 2013!

This week each of the Design Team is picking a colour palette from the last year and either sharing a new project or reposting a previous project.

Here is my remake which is also being submitted for this week's RetroSketch and is a Birthday Card for our very own Arielle Gordon!

Dies: Balloons (Lil' Inkers)
other: red washi tape, kraft button (PTI), button twine

Love this card, and the color scheme you picked. What a fun idea for the first challenge. No excuse for me not to play, right? I see you got those awesome balloons. They look great with those PTI 'strings'.

I love both cards, but the balloons are especially cute! The polka dot washi is so fun peeking out at the top. Such a great sketch, I'll have to give it a try when I get home. :)
