Papertrey Blog Hop - April 25

Time for another PaperTrey Ink Blog Hop.  This months theme was an inspiration photo focusing on Flowers, Damask & Polka Dots featuring the colours of Aqua Mist and Raspberry Fizz.  It the time of the year to get going on Mother's Day cards, it will be here before we know it.





All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Patterned Paper: Aqua Mist & Raspberry Fizz Paper Pack
Stamps: 2011 Anniversary Set, Heart Prints
Ink: Raspberry Fizz, Tuxedo Black Memento (Tsukineko)
Dies: Mat Stack 4, Layerz Mat Stack 4, Banner Borders

    LOVE your card, Tracey. It's so simple and beautiful and perfect. The DP's are awesome, and I love the simple layout that lets that gorgeous flower just shine right out front. This is a perfect Mother's Day card. And thanks for the reminder to get going on mine! It does sneak up, doesn't it. Awesome card, girl. ;-)

    What a beautiful card. I did mother's day, too! I like your double matting, with the bit of patterned paper showing through, and that white layer really shows off that peonie. My peonie should arrive this afternoon--squeal.
