Muse #196

Happy Monday and time for this week's new Muse challenge!

For Muse this week I kept it very simple. With the countdown for Christmas on there is still a need for non Christmas cards. So many of the cards that I create say hello, it really is a universal sentiment that can be used for just about any occasion--birthdays, thank yous, get well or even just to say hello! I used the beautiful script from Concord & 9th's Hello Lovely along with a die cut butterfly from Floral & Flutter. I watercoloured my paper first and then die cut once it was completely dry. Once it was adhered to my card front I added a few white Nuvo Drops to the body. We hope to see you take a break from the craziness of the season and play along with us this week!

Well, hello, gorgeous card!! You are so right about that hello being universal, Tracey... isn't it the most wonderful thing just to receive a beautiful card for no special reason at all? xx

I'm so sorry that I've fallen behind on my visits...way too busy these last few weeks!
I think this butterfly is my all time favorite, and I love that you chose such a beautiful shade of pink for your watercoloring! Striking font on the sentiment, too...A really lovely card!
