Muse #139

Good Monday Morning and it is my week over at Muse!

I was very lucky to have won the Altenew/Simon Says Stamp collaboration set Layered Flowers during the Stamptember event last month! Although at first I was a bit intimidated by it, once I stamped it out and practiced putting he layers together I was in love.

For my Muse card this challenge I thought I would make a birthday card before my blog is filled with Christmas tags and cards. This one has already gone out in the mail. I only stamped the flowers and leaves two layers, not three,  because I felt it was enough. I added a gold embossed sentiment and a sprinkle of sequins and called it done.

I really can't wait to see how you are inspired by my card this week over at Muse. I am sure your creations will inspire me all over again!

I also won this set, Tracey, and spent time practicing the stamping and even ordered some of Altenew's little cubes to use. Now I have a reason to actually make a card with them. I hope mine looks half as good as yours.

This is absolutely gorgeous. I love those flowers, and the gold sentiment is a brilliant touch. I have had practically zero time to play challenges for fun, but if I get some, this is the first card I promise to CASE.

Beautiful Tracey. I know what you mean about those layers being a bit intimidating, but once you get the hang of it the end result is amazing!
