RS #148, Lawnscaping and Merry Monday

IMG_7264

Happy Saturday!
It's time for a new sketch at RetroSketches.

I used some Lawn Fawn goodies to create my winter scene. After I stamped my tree line on the centre panel, I coated below it with some Claudine Hellmuth Multi-Medium and then covered with Stickles Star Dust Fine Dry Glitter. Originally I planned on covering the space with Star Dust Stickles glitter glue, but for some reason it was clogged and didn't want to come out of the bottle. I've told you before that Stickles and I don't always get along.

I am also submitting this to the Lawnscaping Challenge #97. Check out the mood board.

The tiny snowflakes allow me to submit this also the this week's Merry Monday Christmas Challenge #140.

I am going to try and get better. No offense to my male readers, but I have a total man cold, that is right out my hubby's mouth! I feel like I have been sick forever. It started on Christmas Eve and I still am struggling with it. I will also add that I don't care for winter very much, and it hasn't even started where I am. So I hope that you are well and warm and that you stay that way.

The StampNation Birthday Bash starts tomorrow, not a member yet CLICK to join!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

What a darling little card, Tracey. I could almost be used for a valentine if this winter keeps up. I don't like it either. I hope you get over your cold soon. They're no fun, I know.

This is so very darling. I love the scarf wrapped heart and that sweet little bunny. So very cute. Sorry you are sick. Perhaps you should find a nice friend who lives in a warm place who might take you in for a few weeks while you recover?

This is over-the-top adorable! LOVE!! That bunny with the scarf-wrapped heart is so sweet and the colors are wonderful! You sound like us with the colds. I got mine from hubby 3 days before Christmas and we're both still sick---yuck!! Can't remember when we have had anything quite like this! Hope you feel better soon!

So sweet! Really adore that background paper, and of course, your glittery hills! And I hope you feel better soon. My kiddos have had the ickies forever, but they seem to finally be pulling through it. I'm so fortunate, knocking on wood, that I didn't get it this go around. SO THANKFUL!!!
