Time for this week's new Cue Card at CASology!

How do you be bold with a CAS card?
What...neon...isn't neon too much for CAS design?

We all know the guidelines for CAS design...

1.  One main image
2.  Lots of open space (uncluttered)
3.  Limited layers & embellishments
4.  Quick & easy to recreate

So you can use bright or neon colours on a CAS card if you try to adhere to the guidelines and leave lots of open space for your elements to breath.  For my design I based my card on two rolls of neon washi I picked up at the Dollar Tree. I love the pop of neon against the white background and now I wish I had the neon ink! Time for more shopping I think.

Love your hints for CAS--I think I'll add those to my post next time. This card is such fun--loving that neon washi, and I guess I'll be heading to my local dollar store later today.

If neon isn't bold, I don't know what is. I don't remember ever seeing washi tape at my Dollar Tree but I'm going to take a look. I don't use it much but it would be nice to have on hand.
