CCC #44

Time for a new CASology Cue Card.  This week our Cue Card is:

By using paper piecing you can add lots of interest to a CAS card without the bulk of multiple layers.  Very excited to use my new Surely Goodness stamp set from Verve stamps.  It is my first Verve purchase so you will be seeing lots more of this one.  For my card I created die cuts for the flowers using my Silhouette. Then I used them to cut my images using patterned papers from Lawn Fawn's Daphne's Closet and then stamped the image on top.  This is such a cool technique and gives your image depth.  I added a piece of foam tape behind the image to add some dimension again without bulk.

Head on over to CASology today to learn what the 'cue card' means to you, how you can play along and see the all the cards created by the Design Team to inspire you.

Guest Designer:  Barb

I can't wait to see what BLOOM means to you!

I am also entering this card to the current Simon Says Stamp & Show challenge blog.

Cardstock:  White (Papertrey Ink)
Patterned Paper: Daphne's Closet (Lawn Fawn)
Stamps: Surely Goodness (Verve)
Dies: my own custom dies for the Silhouette
other: green baker's twine (Divine Twine), foam tape
