Clean and Simple Card Making 2 - Day 2

Day 2 of Clean & Simple Card Making 2 and what a day it has been.  It all started when I decided to become a parent 18 years ago!  Well exams are over for semester 1, but University applications are in high gear, which is another new experience for me and it is cutting into my crafty time.  LOL Which of course I don't mind.  So a bit late in the day to finally complete today's card but here it my take on today's one layer card  with embossing based on Debby's technique.

All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Cardstock:  White
Stamps: Heart Prints, Think Big Favorites #11
Ink:  Pure Poppy, True Black
Dies: Heart Prints

Tracey, just beautiful. Simple and sweet and love the red and black on the white. For having a stress filled day your card turned out simply amazing! See you bright and early tomorrow.

Wow--this is just gorgeous. I love the debossed heart, and the red, white and black is so striking. I can guess who is getting this card. A+ on your homework for today.

Lovely. ;-) Fantastic one-layer card! Good luck with all the college applications and such. I remember how crazy that all was when I was doing it for myself. I hope things go well, and that your son will be blessed with awesome opportunities at this time in his life. ;-)

You did so good with this one Tracey! One layer? Wow, it is so interesting to look at and I usually don't think that of one layer cards. Love how you put the xoxo along side the heart.

Good Luck to Ben with his applications. Love this CAS card and the embossing using the dies ~ that would really open up your options for using your dies ;).
