WMSC122

I am not a photographer, I really wish I was because I love and appreciate  great photos.  Today was a battle between the light box, the lights, the camera and the cute little bauble   The light box lost the battle and the bauble and all it's shininess won.  I went 'old school' and photographed today's card using nothing better than natural daylight.

This week at Waltzingmouse, Renee Lynch, created a fun sketch that can be used for so many occasions.  I chose Christmas.

Cardstock:  Vintage Cream, Pure Poppy (Papertrey Ink)
Patterned Paper: Dark Chocolate Patterned Paper Pack
Stamps: Santa's Coming to Town, 2011 Ornaments (Waltzingmouse)
Ink:  Pure Poppy (Papertrey Ink), Brown (SU)
Dies: 2011 Ornaments (Spellbinders), Hearts Border (Papertrey Ink)
other: Pure Poppy Saddle Stitch Ribbon (Papertrey Ink), foam tape, silver rhinestones (Kaisercraft), red bauble (Michael's)

Such a fun holiday card! Pretty sad, when we spend more time trying to get a great photo vs the amount of time we spend on making the card!

What a great card. Perfect take on the sketch. I love all the little details--that shiny bauble, the bow, the tiny second ornament offset by the little blings. Just so pretty.
