CFC68 & The Cameo Spotlight #2: Numbers

Time for another card for three challenges.  The theme for this week's CASual Fridays Challenge was to create a clean and simple back to school project.  I am trying the Cameo Spotlight Challenge for the first time and it just so happens this weeks challenge was open to interpretation to create a project using your Silhouette Cameo and incorporating numbers somehow.  Suggestions were back to school, birthday's or anniversaries.  The numbers did not have to be cut with the Silhouette.  I have been wanting to use my pencil image on my Silhouette so this seemed like an opportunity.  However, I missed the deadline for the Cameo Spotlight, I was too busy piecing my pencil together.  Ha ha, but I had so much fun I had to post.

Cardstock:  White, Pure Poppy, Sweet Blush, Summer Sunrise, Orange Zest, Kraft, Smoky Shadow (PTI), grey (Prism)
Patterned Paper: Notebook (Scenic Route)
Dies: Silhouette Pencil #3764
other: Rub On Alpha (Doodlebug), font: Dancing Script OT off the Internet

What a fun card. That cameo cuts like a dream, and I love your giant pencil. Too bad you missed the deadline--I've done that, too.

Oh how fun that you're playing with the Cameo challenge! Now to make your pencil look like it came out of my house, you just need to BITE it a few times. Oh how that bothers me. Respect the pencil, people!

lol Tracey! I'm sorry you were too busy piecing your pencil together that you missed the Cameo Spotlight. This card is absolutely fun! If you need to learn more on how to use your Cameo....I took the Cut Above online class taught by Kristina Werner and friends. I learned so much, it was worth every penny. I also went to You Tube and looked for different Cameo tutorials. :)
