Good news last week, my son is back to normal. His spleen has shrunk back down and tucked behind his rib cage where it should be and his liver levels are normal. With a grin ear to ear he is back on the rugby field after an agonizing 6 weeks. He got a cleat in the back of his head Monday and came home with a goose egg and a cut, but still grinning. A windy cold day, but that is spring rugby in Ontario. Now if we can get through the next four months without injury it's all good.

SO HAPPY to hear your son is back in the groove Tracey!! Yippee ;) And this invitation is so SO pretty, what a lovely tradition!!
How wonderful that your son is back to health and is doing the sport he loves so well. I love your invitation to tea. What a wonderful tradition, and how nice that both of your mothers live close enough to come over for an afternoon. Aren't you just loving that Winter Wisteria? I think it is the perfect color for a tea party.
So glad your son is back to his love! :) I love your tradition, it's a brilliant idea and even better knowing your daughter will carry on this tradition. Hope you ladies have fun!
So cute! Doily is the prefect backdrop.
What a sweet idea!! It's a lovely invitation in those pretty colors--the inside looks great too! So glad your son is feeling so much better--it looks like rugby takes a huge amount of energy so it's great that he has some!
so glad your son is doing better and back to normal! i am sure you are relieved!
super card
What fabulous news about your son and those photos are just incredible! You can tell that he really loves the game. Your card is so beautiful and what a great tradition to have tea for the "mom's"...having tea or going to tea is one of my favorite things in life to do and your invitation is just so sweet and elegant!
I love your invites!! The doily with the scalloped edge to the card are so pretty together. And that is awesome about your son, I love the action photos!!
Tracey I am so glad your son is well again, scary about the cleat to the head though! Great pictures of your son doing what he loves.
Beautiful invitations for your moms, and such a sweet tradition! Love the card!
What a great tradition you have with your daughter and moms! Your tea party invites are lovely! I like the fold with die cut edge and your sweet teacup image!
Tracey,
That's great news about your son. I love traditions. Your Mother's Day one is fantastic. Great invite. Beautiful colors. Loved how you framed the inside deets!
COOOOOL pictures of your son, and what a wonderful card!
First...
I love this tradition!
It's one that I'm sure means the world to each and every one of you!
And what fabulous invitations...
love them!
And so glad you're son is well and back on the field...
I'm sure the last 6 weeks have been hard on everyone...
but hoping no injuries now!! :)
Awww, what a delightful tradition for you and your family! :-) And I love the invitations - so delicate and dainty and perfect for the occasion. And I am so glad to hear that your son is feeling so much better! Great photos of him, too. ;-) My hubby LOVES rugby. For the past few weeks, every morning when I come out of the shower, he and my son have been sitting at the computer watching internet videos of old rugby games. I love to see them sitting together and chatting about it.
Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog. I appreciate it! Hope you're doing well, too. ;-)
Congrats for being chosen as a Dynamic Darling !
What a lovely invitation Tracey and I bet your afternoon tea will be lovely. I'm so pleased your son has recovered, and judging by your photo's his sporting ability hasn't been affected!
Gorgeous invitation...
hugs and xxx
