CAS-ual Fridays #41 - Jest for the Pun of It

This weeks CAS-ual Fridays challenge in to create a project using a pun, or a sentiment in a silly way to create a joke, on a Clean And Simple creation.

I used some of the mini Fruit Fusion stamp sets created by Mielissa Bickford for Papertrey Ink to make a set of notecards. These cute and and 'punny' stamps make me smile every time.

All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Cardstock: White
Patterned Paper: Fruitti Tutti
Stamps: Fruit Fusion: Berry, Apple, Melon
Ink: Pure Poppy, Berry Sorbet (PTI), Shabby Shutters (Ranger), Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Dies: Berry, Apple, Melon
other: Foam Squares

Absolutely darling. I completely forgot about these sets, when I determined that I am not a punny gal and have nothing to use for this challenge. Of course, your cards are exactly what I would have hoped to make. I LOVE them.

Golly Tracey, your mini card set is just adorable, and absolutely perfect for this challenge! I love the way you popped up the fruits, and emphasized the pun with a different color in the sentiment line. Genius!

Awesome cards. ;-) This is a perfect stamp set for this purpose. I don't have any punny type of stamps - this Fruit Fusion set is probably the only one I would be comfortable with, really. Just punny enough, not too crazy - haha! ;-)

Nice work on your cards. They're perfect!
