A gorgeous collection of tags once again! I am a traditional girl mostly, but I do get the blues sometimes!

More inspiration :) Thank you, everybody.
Love the simplicity of your Kraft tag, Tracey :)

Love that globe, these are all so beautiful!!

Scrapthat said...

Beautiful work all around, however there is just something about brown paper packages tied up with string...
Love your Kraft tag with the gold and the lovely string Tracey!
:D
TFS everyone!

Marisa said...

Adore your tag, Tracey, as it has my favorite word front and center and all the more fun in kraft :)

Scrapthat said...

Drats, forgot to answer the question. The answer is ...both!
I like Traditional and Vintage, but since I had my little girl I also go with the non traditional fun bright colors and style. It's nice to mix it up anyway! :D

Ardyth said...

Yes. (both - traditional and non-traditional). Love your simple card with that pretty gold star!

Kay Miller said...

Another array of beautiful and festive tags! Each and every one just beautiful! I love yours with the sentiment on the kraft and the little bells!

So lovely, Tracey! Would a tag on a card be eligible? LOve that stamp you've used!!!
=]

Kara Lynne said...

I love your kraft tag with that shining gold star! CAS gorgeous! I love both traditional and non-traditional colors. My eye seems to catch the non-traditional more often.

Barbara said...

Actually I use traditional and non-traditional colors on my cards. I start my card making for Christmas early and make lots of different designs, so that I don't have to make the same thing over and over again. That's why I like seeing all the different ideas on blogs and blog hops...I never know when I might see something that sparks an idea for a card. All the tags today are very creative and I love using tags on cards as well! Thanks for the inspiration.

Marilyn M said...

I usually use traditional colors for cards and tags. But I will pull out the pinks and lilacs to make a special one for my granddaughter.

hanufaktur said...

I enjoy both, the traditional and the non traditional colors.
Yesterday I made a card with matching tag, using soft pink, soft blue and silver.

Greta said...

I use all different color combinations as I make mostly one of a kind for the holidays. Love today's tags--especially yours with the bells, Tracey!

Crafting with Jeanne said...

This is new to me and what a great idea. Can't believe you have been doing this for 4 years!! I almost always use traditional colors for my holiday cards, but I want to break out of that AND there are so many great ideas out there! I will be making some tags and entering them in your 25 Days of Christmas Tags!! Thanks for the opportunity.

ionabunny said...

I use both. It's nice to be traditional but sometimes you need to just go a little colour crazy. Hugz

Joyce said...

Fantastic post today, Tracey. Love all the Technique Tuesday tags. I use whatever colors I feel like for my holiday crafting, so I guess that might be non traditional.

Barb Ghig said...

Love all the fun tags from the TT Design Team! Fabulous CAS tag, Tracey...The gold star and bells are perfect with your sentiment!
I tend to use traditional colors on my Christmas cards and tags. Thanks for inspiring me to think outside the box on that :)

Lisa's Creative Niche said...

Love the new tags! I use both it just depends on my mood hehehe!

Isabel Z said...

I like to create two sets of Christmas cards for friends and family. One set with traditional and the other with nontraditional colors.

Fun tags by the TT DT! Love how colorful they are! And your tag....oh my goodness! CAS perfection! LOVE this fantastic tag with its gold jingle bells and that pretty star. You've outdone yourself here, my friend. This is simply stunning. And I guess in the past, when Christmas crafting I've used fairly traditional colors. I think I'll try to think out of the box a little this year though. I can hear pink and turquoise calling my name, lol! Love this 25 days.... Bev

KT Fit Kitty said...

Beautiful and adorable tags! I am seeing so many I want to CASE! I will be back to link up at some point! I am enjoying your tag event! I think I'm sort of old-fashioned as I enjoy traditional colours more than non-traditional although I do use both on my Christmas paper crafts.

Love your clean and simple tag for today, Tracey! I also love the little Jingle Bells. So much fun.

LOVE your tag Tracey, your CAS design with the pop of gold on the Kraft is SO ELEGANT!!!
I usually use traditional colours, white with some metallic gold, silver, red or green ... been thinking about changing things up this year with some purple, pink and blue.
PS - the links to Teri's tags don't work (I accessed it via the TT blog)

Kristina B. said...

I usually go for more traditional holiday colors with a bit of sparkle!

Berina RGA said...

Beautiful tags!! The kraft and gold one is definitely my favorite!!

My colour choices run the spectrum from traditional to non-traditional (as evidenced by the recent rose and navy penguins I created recently *grin*). I tend to avoid the red/green for my Christmas crafting as I don't like those colours normally so why should I use them just because it's Christmas?

Sharron said...

More fabulous tags! Love the more non-traditional designs & colors!

Peanut said...

Gorgeous tags... I tend to use traditional colours mostly but occasionally make an effort to shake things up. Not often enough, though.

This "joy to the world" tag is one of my favourite tags ever! To me it is perfect! The question of traditional or non-traditional colours makes me giggle. I love traditional colours, but I'm forever breaking the colour rules when it comes to my Christmas cards and tags. :-)

BeverlyBL said...

I don't think I stick to any one color combination. I probably do use a lot of kraft card stock. I like the couple of tags that used black and may try that this year. All of the tags today are wonderful and great examples.

Jean Bullock said...

These are so wonderful that all you would have to do is put your present in a plan kraft box and stick the tag on it. That's how cool these tags are.

Bobby said...

What wonderful tags, Tracey, especially yours. I sometimes like to use kraft and gold or white for Christmas but then sometimes I love a good plaid. I'm wishi-washi that way.

Maureen Reiss said...

Wow!! These are wonderful!! I use traditional colors.

Helen Gullett said...

Stunning tags! Love the die set :)
I mostly use traditional colors on my tags, but this year I saw so many non-traditional colors for Christmas and I would like to try :) Thinking out side of my box!

Typically, I use traditional colors--but that includes black, kraft, and gold as well---LOVE your tag!

Sandy said...

More great inspiration, and your kraft tag is so elegant.
I do a mix of colors; sometimes classic red/green and sometimes non-traditional. All red and green would just be boring.

Sandi said...

I am somewhat a non-traditional kind of gal so I definitely go for a mix of traditional and non-traditional colors. One of my favorite color combos is pink and silver.

MelissaF said...

LOVE these beautiful tags, so much inspiration each day! For my tags, I use whatever I have the most supplies for regarding traditional or non-traditional colors. This year I seem to have collected a lot of dark red and green paper, inks and embellishments so I will try to use up some of that.

Judy Tuck said...

It depends on the specific project but I do like some non-traditional colours!

I'm a Little Teapot said...

The tags made me smile. :)
It all depends on my creative mood and what I see on my desk. If I just happen to have not put a pad of paper away then that might be all the inspiration I need for tag creation.

KandA said...

I guess I go more for traditional warm christmas colours but also love the blues and whites for those more snowy themes. More amazing inspiration and I love the classiness of the kraft tag xx

Laraine R said...

More great tags today. I use traditional colors.
