ReplyDeleteNo Christmas lights up! Love your sweet little deer tag today.
ReplyDeleteLots of cute details on these tags.
ReplyDeleteWe always wait until sometime in December to decorate, but here in the southern U.S., most people deck out as soon as Thanksgiving is over -- they also take everything down before New Years Eve.
Such cute tags... and yours is amazing with the B/W contrast on red, Tracey.
ReplyDeleteIn the UK, most people wait until the 1st of Dec... or the first weekend after it onwards...
except for my neighbours. They put their's up yesterday!!!
We haven't started decorating in my house as yet!!!
I love the beautiful coloring techniques on all these tags! We usually decorate over Thanksgiving weekend!
ReplyDeleteTake care!
Michele
A set of whimsical, wonderful tags! Delightful, all! Living in a townhouse complex, we have tight restrictions on the 'when' and 'where' of lights, so nothing up yet. Hope you'll share photos of your lights on your new home...I know 'dazzle' will unfold...
ReplyDeleteHugs~c
Such adorable tags today! I love all of the sweet images...the penguin is especially adorable!!! I definitely do NOT put up Christmas decorations, lights, etc. until after Thanksgiving is over. I love Thanksgiving and think it is worth celebrating on its own...there is no rush! Many radio stations are already playing 24-hours of Christmas music and I won't listen to them them until Thanksgiving is over. It's definitely a thing for me...it bothers me how commercialized Christmas has become and I want to take the time at Thanksgiving to appreciate and give thanks for all of my many blessings.
ReplyDeleteWe usually wait until after Thanksgiving. One holiday at a time.
ReplyDeleteAs a kid, my parents always waited until after Thanksgiving to put up the lights. In fact, we usually put them up on Black Friday after all the shopping was done. That way we still had family around to decorate with us. It was a nice tradition and one that I still maintain to this day.
ReplyDeleteMy lights will be going up after Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeletethat weekend is when everything gets put out and I'm ready for Santa to come bring presents.
Love the little stamps. So many darling designs.
The tags are wonderful.

Such a sweet and fun selection of tags from Kristy and her DT, and I absolutely love your sweet and totally CAS tag.
ReplyDeleteDelightful group of tags today! I'll be checking out Some Odd Girl!
ReplyDeleteWe sometimes put our lights up earlier than Thanksgiving, depending on the upcoming weather, but we don't start lighting them til after Thanksgiving! This year they aren't up yet though, and our temperatures are still mild!
Mine are up already. After putting them up in the wind, rain etc. and hating it, now when there is a sunny day in mid-November, up they go. That being said, I do not turn them on until Dec 1st.
ReplyDeleteThe tree, lights and the entire kit and kaboodle go up on Advent Sunday at our home. ... just one more week and the madness begins! ;) I'm loving these cute image on the tags.... just sooo adorable.

ReplyDeleteI am loving this whole series of tags. That reindeer stamp is adorable! Our outside lights are on the house since it is easier to hang them before the deep freeze in the upper midwest, but we won't turn them on until after Thanksgiving. Inside decoration will start next Friday, with the tree a few weeks later.

ReplyDeleteLove the tags! So cute!! We wait until the first weekend in December usually and then go all out! I love Christmas time! :)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness--I love your tag, Tracey! I always hope hubby puts up the lights the week of Thanksgiving, but there's no guarantee--haha! It's a lot of work & he's no spring chicken, so I try not to push him even though the lights are my most favorite decoration of the season!
ReplyDeleteOh, I sooo love Some Odd Girl stamps...these tags are absolutely adorable. We are putting our lights up tomorrow because we are on vacation this week and the weather is supposed to be nice but we do not turn them on until Thanksgiving night.
ReplyDeleteI love SOG's animal stamps -- the style is so cute! Those penguins are just too adorable, as is that cheeky deer. Alas, we don't put up lights. Both of my parents being from other countries, those aren't traditions they grew up with, so didn't really feel the need to participate in here. Oh well. Fortunately, we have a couple of local neighborhoods where the entire neighborhood goes overboard with lights. It's always a lovely event to go (and usually wait in line for a good hour or two in the car queue), see all the lights, often meet the homeowners, and get filled with the joy of the season.
ReplyDeleteWe wait till the American Thanksgiving weekend to start decorating for Christmas. Before coming to the US, in India, we wait till the first weekend of December to put up the lights, tree and stars. Beautiful tags..
ReplyDeleteNo lights up yet but later this week. It will be a little warmer to get it done. I love these tags.
ReplyDeleteThese inspire me to make some cute whimsical tags. Thanks. We never start decorating until December 1 at our house.
ReplyDeleteCute, cute, and more cute! Lights near have and never will go on before the day after our Thanksgiving, but sometimes they make it up before then, especially if the weather is nice.
ReplyDeleteNo lights yet, but excited that my night manager at the motel was planning ahead with the storm that's coming, so the lights will be on over there before Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteYAAY! I LOVE SOG! Especially their cute critters! These tags are adorable! Lights BEFORE Thanksgiving?!! GASP! Never!
ReplyDeleteLovevthe cute images on this tag. Christmas lights go up after our American thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteThat deer is darling, Tracey, and I have a punch like the edge of your tag. Forgot about it until I just saw it here. No lights for us. We have no outdoor outlet and my husband is a Scrooge.
ReplyDeleteOh I love that reindeer image, I haven't see that one yet! We don't do lights outside the house, but the decorations are coming down from the attic this weekend!
ReplyDeleteCute tags today.
ReplyDeleteOur lights are put up before the weather is too snowy or cold but usually don't put them on until Dec 1st.
We don't put lights on our house. However years, ago when I did, we did it on Thanksgiving weekend.

ReplyDeleteWow! It seems as though I've missed a whole week of visiting and seeing all these fabulous tags!! These are all so sweet! (dropping my head in shame), we don't put Christmas lights up. Just decorate the inside. Thanks for the chance to win anyway!!
