Can you believe we are half way through 2015?
Oh my goodness where does the time go.
It is Christmas is July and today we are celebrating the most wonderful time of the year at the 12 Kits of Occasions! Cathy Weber of Empty Nest Crafter was our hostess this month and what a fabulous kit she put together for the team. Loaded with gorgeous papers and die cuts and trinkets. I had to have my cards and post done a week ahead of time or else I don't think I would have had time to do it as the move got closer. I was able to make four cards this month and once I have my new craft room set up I will be able to go back and CASE the rest of the team.
A fabulous selection of cards, Tracey ... lovely to see them all lined up together ... seeing them like that makes it impossible to choose a favourite, they're all so gorgeous! Hope the move went smooth, smooth, smooth, my friend! Hugs, Anita :)

I love your deer card, so stunning to have him jumping on the red, a magnificent look! Fabulous use of Cathy's patterned paper too, love that you made the beautiful paper shine.

I really will miss that window shot too! I can't believe you found the time to make four cards...love the deer silhouette in front of the big red circle...also the two Christmas tree cards looked so elegant...especially with the die cut sentiment on the large tree card. I hope the move is going well...good luck in your new home!
ReplyDeleteThey're awesome!!!! Hope the move is going well!
ReplyDeleteI imagine that you're starting to get things in order at your new home. I just know that you'll take plenty of breaks in order to keep your strength up and avoid YKWs! You've made a lovely quartet of cards with this kit, Tracey. That leaping stag is amazing, and I do love all those darker patterned papers that were in the kit. Very sweet cards. Thinking of you...Bev
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job with Cathy's kit, Tracey! Gosh, you were even able to get four cards done with all the moving pressures! Love all your designs! The tree is gorgeous with that background paper and the white 'merry christmas'. And the black & red against the plaid looks awesome.
