Virginia's View #13, 30 Day Coloring Challenge and Simon Says Wednesday Challenge

Playing with Peerless Watercolors for Virginia's View Challenge #13.
Donna Mikasa sent me some samples of her Peerless to play with and after much hesitation (I think I honestly thought I was going to break them--LOL) I dipped in with a wet paintbrush and was amazed by the vibrant and gorgeous colours. Especially that hot pink! So I did a little emboss resist using the Floral Butterfly stamp from Serendipity Stamps.



This is my Day 8 colouring for Kathy Racoosin`s 30 Day Color Challenge.
I am trying to sketch out of my comfort zone and get a bit messy with colour.

    I feel like you're channelling your inner Donna Mikasa here - she uses these colours a lot and they look beautiful here - bold and bright! I hope you'll bring these to our playdate (I guess you will, since you're hosting! lol!)

    Aren't these Peerless watercolor swatch FUN? I bet you now want every colors! I love the choice of colors and how you showcased this butterfly image! So glad that you join the fun over Virginia’s View “All Things Embossed” Challenge!

    Love how bright and cheery this card is. I always think of water colors as being more muted, and it is wonderful to see them so vibrant.

    Of course, you know I'm swooning over the butterfly, but a butterfly paired with these vibrant colours - and created by you...oh my! Breath-taken-away gorgeous! Way to go on the challenge! I didn't know about it until a couple days ago; perhaps I'll focus on adding colours to upcoming challenges (actually, I'm all stenciling-obsessed). Colouring = wonderful therapy!
