Happy Tuesday and time for another new Cue Card at CASology!
This week the cue word is:
To begin with I created a soft sky with some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. I used Lawn Fawn's Life Is Good Then I stamped my sand hill and sentiment followed by adding some Vintage Linen Distress stamp set today. Ink for the sand. The trees and hammock were stamped, coloured, die cut and then adhered to finish the scene.
By the Way it is Lawn Fawn's 5th birthday today--so sending a big Happy Birthday to Lawn Fawn!

This week things are buzzing at home as we are getting my daughter packed and ready to head to Europe this Friday! She leaves Friday evening for a 10 day trip with her school, during our March Break. Flying into Rome and spending the first 4 1/2 days touring there, leaving from Pompeii on an overnight ferry to Greece, spending the next four days touring Greece and departing from Athens to home on the final day. Envious yes, and before you ask no parent chaperones, but one teacher for every 6 students. I can live with that and no sleep for 10 days!
I love how you've coloured and die cut but it's still so CAS!
ReplyDeletePerfect, Tracey! I want to be laying in that hammock. :)
ReplyDeleteHow exciting for your daughter but nerve wracking for you! Hugs!
Love your beach scene with the hammock - so cute! Hope your daughter has a great time and you can survive those 10 days!!
ReplyDeleteYou'll be fine, and so will Brooklyn - so looking forward to hearing some stories! I sent both Natalie, and Stacey, on a choir tour with their high school - I did worry, but was so thrilled for that opportunity for them both. Love the card - need to jump into it!
