I am playing along with Joni Andaya her sketch for the Winnie & Walter Birthday Bash today.
I love the flowers on The Big, The Bold and The Extra stamp set. I started by stamping my flowers and sentiment on a 4" x 5 1/4" panel. Then I die cut a circle and removed it temporarily. I adhered the panel to the base and then put the circle back in with foam tape. Finally I fussy cut and added the pink flower. This card is going out to my nephew and his beautiful fiance .
My son is studying architecture at a University that is in the near north, like really in the north where it is really cold. This week his class went on an excursion to an ecology centre in Mattawa which is near North Bay (cold). I thought I would share some photos,
Apparently they are boiling water over a fire???? I assume there is some education benefit to this.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Tracey! The popped up flowers married with their 'panel' companions is so eye-catching! Yes, your son looks very cold! As for boiling water over the fire...hmmm. Given how cold it appears to be, I think they need a massive fire to cozy up to!
