Playing around with stamps and dies from The Cat`s Pajamas I created a birthday card using the colours of the challenge inpsiration. After adhereing the blue die cut to my card base I shot a couple spritzes of white Color Shine on to it. The oval sentiment was fussy cut after it was stamped (this is not my area of expertise, but not bad). It was poped up with two layers of foam tape and a few sequins added at the end--just because!
