WPlus9 Birthday Celebration Week 1 - -Comfort Zone

IMG_3740

Right in at the tail end of WPlus9 Birthday Celebration week 1 challenge.  IMy favourite WPlus9 stamp set is Fresh Cut Florals, but for some reason I was always having difficulty lining up my images.  I went back to a post Dawn did on lining the images up and it helped so much. So my card is actually a CASE of Dawn's card, dangerously close to a copy. So credit where credit is due. It is really hard to perfect--perfection.

The challenge was to create a card based on our own comfort zone.  My comfort zone is CAS and although but if you notice that my design is also clean and layered--that is my alter-ego!  LOL  I love a white palette and lots of breathing room in my designs.  With the Fresh Florals stamp set I love to play, I love using the die cut and adding layers of ink.  So this may not be CAS it is definitely in my comfort zone.

Tracey...this is just lovely! Even if it is very close to Dawn's card. I love this set and have had the same issues, must check out Dawn's post. So sweet that you added the clear sequins too, so beautiful.

You've managed perfection here perfectly! I could leave this up on my screen and just gaze at it all day long!! Soft and beautiful. Might have to CASE your CASE, and if you don't mind, I'd like to pin this stunning card. LOVE this, Tracey. It's a winner for sure. Have a great weekend. Bev

Think this turned out great. Love it. I like those kind of undefined flowers. Like your new cuppa card too. You always do wonderful paper parings. But I never have your exact papers, though I do have more than my share of paper!, so never get the exact feel on my cards

Gorgeous! The colors are so sharp and it looks like you plucked these beauties right out of the garden! Love you alter ego's layers too! :)

This is just gorgeous. I will have to check back on that tutorial, too. This beautiful card looks so much like you and your style. I know you say it is a copy, but it really looks like you too.

Another beauty with this set, Tracey! Hope all is well at your house. Ellie is already 7 months. Hasn't had her first official grooming yet, but we've trimmed her a couple times ;)
