Right in at the tail end of WPlus9 Birthday Celebration week 1 challenge. IMy favourite WPlus9 stamp set is Fresh Cut Florals, but for some reason I was always having difficulty lining up my images. I went back to a post Dawn did on lining the images up and it helped so much. So my card is actually a CASE of Dawn's card, dangerously close to a copy. So credit where credit is due. It is really hard to perfect--perfection.
The challenge was to create a card based on our own comfort zone. My comfort zone is CAS and although but if you notice that my design is also clean and layered--that is my alter-ego! LOL I love a white palette and lots of breathing room in my designs. With the Fresh Florals stamp set I love to play, I love using the die cut and adding layers of ink. So this may not be CAS it is definitely in my comfort zone.

ReplyDeleteThink this turned out great. Love it. I like those kind of undefined flowers. Like your new cuppa card too. You always do wonderful paper parings. But I never have your exact papers, though I do have more than my share of paper!, so never get the exact feel on my cards
