Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Cuppa Cocoa Reminder

Like most paper crafters I have some some big time shopping and hoarding issues.  LOL It felt so good to type that out loud! I love patterned paper and I have a closet full of 12 x 12 sheets waiting to be used for scrapbooking and I have now managed too accumulate three plastic bins full of 6 x 6 pads that I could not live without. Sound familiar?   I am really trying to explore using patterned paper in my cardmaking, I love it when I see so many of you using it, what seems to be effortlessly too! Swoon ! So although it feels awkward, it does feel good to cut into these pads with the intention of making something pretty.  Wish me luck on this endeavor. I love the theme of the current Curtain Call Challenge  so I wanted to make another card. This one is more coffee inspired and once again I am using paper from my Persimmon pad. I am also submitting this card for the current Reverse Confetti SFYTT challenge.

    I'm right there with you, those 6x6 pads are irresistible!! Good for you on using more today. CUTE card I like the placement of your cup and the overall offset design!

    Fun papers Tracey & love the coffee stamps! I am addicted to 6x6 pads, but rarely use them - they are just so pretty!

    Good luck as you start using your patterned papers. I, too, have 4 overflowing baskets of 6x6 pads. Yikes!

    I think you are rocking the patterned paper. I'm thinking Archiver's closing is going to help me in not buying so many 6x6 paper pads! I've never bought any on-line...we'll see if I really manage to do that! This card is perfect..love the sentiment!
