The 12 Kits of Occasions - December

Happy New Year!

It's time for the December 12 Kits of Occasion's post! New Mama Jessica is our hostess this month and what an incredible kit she sent out! Full of fantastic papers, die cuts and images. I could have just kept on going, but I know I will want to CASE the other girls, I always do.  Jessica is offering a giveaway this month.  She has a set of the Christmas Word Dies from Paper Smooches.  All you need to do is leave a comment on any or all the blogs for your chance!  Also don't forget to take at look at who will be Sharron's Guest Designer for January!

I have taken a bit of a blogging break this week and focused on family. It has been busy with one having strep throat and the other needing clothes suitable for the arctic to head back to school with and hubby off work for three weeks. I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas and are looking forward to the New Year! Wishing you all good health and happiness in 2014!

Now on to the fun stuff!

Love this Winter Bunny, a hazard of the 12 Kits is that you usually end up shopping after you get your kit. I know that this bunny and die are coming home to me. I topped the snowbank, the scarf and the bunnies ear with my Wink of Stella brush.

Tracey, these are all adorable! How Fun!

Sorry to hear about your sick kidlet...that's no fun.

I sit here commenting on blogs and actually don't have a blog post scheduled for any day except Wednesday...that's so unlike me. I've been spending quality time napping and playing board games with the kids, it's been a ton of fun:)

Well, you pulled off a fabulous bunch of cards. I am constantly amazed at what you can do under pressure. I love them all, but have to admit to a slight favoritism with the owl and the bunny. Super way to use all the patterned papers, too.

My favorite card of yours is your first card...love the bright red scarf flying in the wind while riding down the hill on her sled. All of your cards are amazing and as always, I love how you wait til the end and have so many challenges to enter, need to remember that for next month. I love the bunny and owl cards...maybe 'cause I picked the same paper to use with those images, giggle! Your snowman card is absolutely adorable with the little vintage tree all cut out. The trees are so bright and vibrant with that Kelly green paper :) Don't you just love lining them up in a row at the end? I always love to see how coordinated they look (and I manage to feel quite accomplished too :)!

Oh man Tracey, there is just oodles and oodles of cuteness in your cards!!! I have to say that I am in LOVE with the snowman/tree card :) That is such a great pairing and sooo darn adorable! The owl is super sweet, love the paper choices, and you're right the bunny is so great, I'm glad that you decided to get him!!

I think I will miss our late night chats the most about whether or not we've got our kit cards done or not! haha I know we will have many more since I will be joining a group with you soon! I love all your cards lined up for me to see....I know the one for me to CASE is the sleigh/bunny.....that layout is fabulous and I love that you layered it onto the chevron "sky". Happy New Year friend!!! This is not goodbye! :)

You always choose just the right elements from the kit for your CAS designs. The sledding bunny with the chevron sky is adorable, and I love the poinsettia off the edge on your second card. Your clean approach with the snowman and tree is so pretty and definitely needs CASEing, and the owl with his red scarf looks fantastic. Inspiring designs, as always!
