Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Back to School

IMG_2262

Hey Curtain Call friends it is time for our next inspiration challenge.

The Alley Ways is sponsoring this challenge,
go to the Curtain Call Blog for details!

I love the chalkboard technique and I knew I wanted to create one this month. I used a dark grey cardstock instead of pure black,  then embossed that great Subway Series: Summer stamp in white, smudged white ink around and through the sentiment and then I used a paper towel to really blend the ink in to give it a very dusty appearance. The ruler was stamped on patterned paper and what is back to school without apples for the teacher.

We really hope that you come and join us for this challenge at the Curtain Call.  We had so many amazing entries and fabulous projects for our Carnival Craze challenge, we can't wait to see what you do this time!
