The month Lisa Spangler is the Muse at CASE Study.
I have been a fan of Lisa's for a long time when I first discovered her through the Hero Arts blog.
Here is the fabulous card we studied this week.
I stamped a large pattern on cream cardstock and embossed in white and then sponged with Shabby Shutters Distress Ink.
Cardstock: Vintage Cream (Papertrey Ink)
Stamps: Design Block - Stencil (Hero Arts) Flower Friends (Simon Says Stamps) Beautiful Butterflies (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Dark Chocolate(Papertrey Ink) Soft Cantaloupe Mid Tone (Hero Arts) Shabby Shutters (Ranger) VersaMark (Tsukineko)
other: cork, foam tape, white embossing powder
This is so amazingly beautiful. Your white embossing is so pretty and serene, and I love the look of that sponged ink. Something about butterflies makes them perfect for all sorts of soothing cards.
