colourQ #164

Hi there it's time for another colourQ, I am sure you are going to love this week's palette.

Today was my lucky day to receive happy mail from Lisa at My Paper Tales.  I was the lucky winner of Lisa's giveaway a couple of weeks ago and she sent me a package with a selection of Stampin Up cardstock.  In my package was a sheet of More Mustard which is the base of my card for this week's post.  I am really excited because this is my first cardstock from Stampin' Up.  I know, completely unheard of.  I stamped my focal panel, die cut an oval from it and then used a snowflake impression plate to give it some texture.

We hope that you come a play with us this week at the colourQ and while you are there make sure to visit the blogs of the rest of the Design Team to see their fabulous creations.

Cardstock:  White, Terracotta Tile (Papertrey Ink) More Mustard (Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Love Lives Here Holiday (PTI) Holiday Sayings, Tiny Holiday Circles (Hero Arts)
Ink:  Terracotta Tile, Hawaiian Shores, PurePoppy, Summer Sunrise, True Black (PTI)
Dies: Limitless layers Ovals
Impression Plates: Snowflakes (PTI)
other: foam tape

Oh my, I had no idea that you had NEVER used SU paper....how funny! I hope you liked it, cuz I sure LOVE this card...those little mitts are adorable! I actually BURNED some potholders I had last night, trying to take something out of the oven, and it wasn't even on broil!!! SO this card reminds me of cute little potholders, LOL!
