colourQ #160

It's colourQ time again and here is another fantastic colour palette to play with.

Isn't that handmade fabric banner just so amazing?  Here is a link to the tutorial to make one yourself.  It is so easy to do and I may create one for next year as I already have my Halloween Mantle set up for this year.

Still making a few more Halloween cards this week, I have been having so much fun with Halloween colours this year.  For my card I used primarily cardstock mats and on the top I die cut a polaroid frame out of Orange Zest patterned paper to frame my mummy.  For the letters underneath I used for the first polymer stamp set I ever bought--Hero Arts Patterned Alphabet.

We hope that you come a play with us this week at the colourQ and while you are there make sure to visit the blogs of the rest of the Design Team to see their fabulous creations.

All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Cardstock:  White, True Black, Simply Chartreuse, Autumn Rose
Patterned Paper: Orange Zest Paper Pack
Stamps: Friendship Jar Autumn Fillers (PTI), Patterned Alphabet (Hero Arts), Mummy (Michael's)
Ink:  True Black
Dies: Fabulous Frames
other: candy corn glitter rub on (Doodlebug)

  11. I love that you used your first stamp set. Hey, that would be a great challenge, right?!? Make a card with the first stamp you ever bought (including wood mount). Could be quite challenging depending on how long you've been stamping : )
