Today we start a new colour duo at the Color Hues Color Challenge. Teammate Karen is our host for this challenge and she chose the colours great March colours of Green and Gold!
This time of the year I can't resist making fun cards for St. Patrick's Day!
I stamped and die cut a bunch of four leaf clovers using all Catherine Pooler products. They were stamped in Lime Rickey and Green Grass inks. The stamp set is called Clovers & Blooms.
I arranged the four leaf clovers and a bit of greenery on the card base moving from upper left down to lower right. These were glued in place with liquid adhesive.

I am a,so submitting this to the current Simon Says Stamp Anything Goes challenge!
I hope this fun color palette has inspired you to play along!
If you haven't visited the Color Hues blog yet, you really should. My teammates have done an amazing job with these colours and you won't be disappointed!

Your clovers are so pretty tumbling down your card, Tracey! I like how you added the greenery and the different shades of green. As for lining up multi-layers of skinny word dies? Eek, so hard! Some young person came up with that idea, lol! Hugs, Darnell
Wonderful layering of the shamrocks! And, love the sentiment in gold! Great card, Tracey!!
CAS and ever so lovely, Tracey!
Lots and lots of luck on this card, Tracey! I love how you arranged all those four leaf clovers and your gold lucky looks fabulous! I have trouble lining things up well too.
A tumbling of shamrocks, is that even a thing? Such a pretty arrangement of green foliage linked with the shiny but difficult to photo, mirror gold lucky Tracey. The only tip I have for layering up is to leave one layer in the card it was cut from, then layer up. :)
Love your bevy of shamrocks stamped in all of those pretty shades of green! This is really beautiful, love the design! Yeah, I am always a smidge off too when layering die cut sentiments, everyone on YT makes it look so easy though lol
Your field of clover is ever so lovely, Tracey. Sometimes I use the color of the background to layer dies so the bottom layers don't show if my alignment isn't quite right.
This is really lovely!🍀
You do CAS so beautifully Tracey and I'm loving this bright and FUN card!! I love the different shades of green you used and your gold die cut sentiment is just perfect! Sweet, sweet card my friend!! Hugs. :0)
Love the movement and layers you achieved with the arrangement of the shamrocks, Tracey! This is a fab St. Paddy's Day card. I'm with you about lining up those layers, but it sure looks good when done correctly lol! Thanks for the clever trick!
As I said somewhere on social media…I love the various shades of green and the way you layered the shamrocks just perfectly! This is a really awesome card, Tracey!
Your card design is fabulous, Tracey, and I love those shamrocks tumbling across the card! I'm pinning this one to remember how repetition of one image can make such an impact. The gold mirror sparkle is just perfect, too!
Your cascading shamrocks, in their various hues of green, are wonderfully eye-catching. The gold lucky: perfect touch. Love this.
hugs~c
Wow! From the thumbnail I thought this was a stencil. (The arrangement is just soooo perfect.) I am in awe! I need to save this one for future reference.
