Hello Friends! I am so excited today to finally tell you that I am joining my friend Jessica Frost-Ballas, All the Sparkle, in her 2017 Crafty Christmas Collaboration! I am so honoured to have been asked by Jessica to join her. This is such a brilliant idea that she came up with so that she could work on her Christmas card stash for the coming holiday season. Basically we each exchange some Christmas crafty goodies and then on the 25th of the month we each will post what we made with the goodies we received as well as the goodies we sent.

Here is what Jessica sent for me to play with:
I made two cards with the goodies she sent to me. I Copic coloured the scarves and nose on these adorable snowman and added a bit of shading.
This is the kit that I sent to Jessica...
I chose to use the three trees cut from a Distress Oxide background and put them on to a white panel I watercoloured with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink. Then I adhered the panel to a silver sparkle mat.

This collaboration is fun and gives me that extra boost to keep working on my Christmas card list! I am over halfway done with my cards for this year I just need to address the envelopes and pop on stamps before I set this half aside and get started on the second half! TFS!

ReplyDeleteHow did I miss this?! Two of my favorite people collaborating together...love it! The Kits you each sent are dreamy, and I loved how you used them. I had forgotten about those Birch Press Design trees, but there right back on my wishlist now. Beautiful!
