It's Monday and time for another new challenge at Muse!
I am the Muse this week for challenge #215! It has been kind of quiet here on my blog this past couple of weeks. Both kids are finished school for this year. Ben finished his 4th year and is starting his first full time job today working for an architecture firm in Toronto. Feel like just yesterday I was taking him to his first day of pre-school. Brooklyn just finished her second year and is starting her summer job on the 17th working not far from home. I have been enjoying having them both home and doing things as a family. Those windows of time are getting smaller so I want to enjoy them while I still can.
I used the new Best Dad stamps and dies from Altenew for this week Muse. I stamped and clear heat embossed my images and then watercoloured them with ZIG markers. I masked off the words on the mug, CASE'd from a card created by Therese Calvird. I adhere a strip of beige striped paper to the left of the card base and then arranged my die cuts and sentiment on to a 3 5/8" x 5 1/2" Bristol cardstock panel popped the razor up with foam tape. The panel was then adhered to the card base with foam tape. This card was for my hubby's birthday on Friday. He loved the feel of the embossed bristles of the shaving brush. Love that he appreciates me. Such a fun masculine set to use.
Can't wait to see how this inspires you this week. See you over at Muse!
