SugarPea Designs Winter 2017 Collection: Day 2

Happy Valentines Day!

Welcome to Day 2 of the SugarPea Designs winter 2017 collection sweet peeks!

All the products we are sharing sweet peeks of will be available for purchase on Friday, February 17 at 6:00 pm (EST).

Today the team is showcasing two more new products we think you are going to go bananas for!

For my card today I am using the new Chunky Monkey stamps and SugarCut dies. I started with a white card base of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". I sponged some Pealed Paint Distress Ink on the front and spritzed it with water. Then I cut a panel front kraft cardstock that was the size of my card base and cut a piece of yellow striped paper from the new Life is a Carnival paper pad that left a 5/8" border on the left side of the card front. Once the kraft panel and the yellow striped paper were adhered together I used the previously released Beautiful Bauble SugarCut to cut through then on the right hand side and then adhered to the card base . The monkey, the branch and some bananas were stamped, die cut and Copic coloured and then attached to the window with foam tape. The last step was to stamp the sentiment on kraft cardstock, trim and attach it also with foam tape.
