Time for another new post at The 12 Kits of Occasions!
The lovely Lindsey Larsen, Occasional Crafting, is our hostess this month and she sent each of us an absolutely gorgeous kit full of love and kindness! The colours, the stamps, the die cut and the embellishments--oh my!
Moving right on to what you are here for. I made 5 cards for today using all the fun supplies in the kit...
It is always nice to reflect on the cards I made at the end...

ReplyDeleteYou made 5 amazing cards Tracey! I Love how you put every element in exactly the right place.. like the leaves and heart on the "in a world", and the placement of the flower and leave on "I adore you".. it just draws my eye around the card - beautiful accents!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great collection of cards you've made with this kit, Tracey! That green/flower card is soooo pretty! I love how it's full of pattern, but remains a CAS card. They're all pretty sweet! Those pineapples, the gold 'kind' card, and the cake...just wonderful! I'll bet this kit was a blast to work with! Bev

What a great use of the bicycle, I really struggled with that, but you are so clever! Great use of the patterned paper too, you really made each piece shine!

ReplyDeleteJust lovely as always!! I'm so glad you enjoyed the kit. My favorite is the last one...meaning the last photo with ALL of them in it! The pineapple card is adorable, and I love the bicycle card. You always thing of ways of combining things differently than me and leaving me wondering, why didn't I think of that? You are amazing!

ReplyDeleteTracey, this kit was really great, but you made it look even better :) Look at these beautiful pieces of art! Its hard to decide on a favorite, but I think I'm partial to the cake one. So sophisticated and pretty in pink :) I love the one with the kind sentiment, simple yet stunning and really shows off that wonderful embossed sentiment. The pineapple one is so fun!
