  4. Oh wow! Everyone's tag is amazing! We have an artificial tree. I grew up with one and only had a real tree once. From what I remember it was not the most fun my parents had and we never had another! LOL. :-)

  7. Stunning red and green tags from the Christmas Muse team...and your tree, decorated with red baubles and the single gold star is stunning! We have an incredibly teensy artificial tree...but I'll be using my real pinecones to surround it! Thank you, again, for the amazing inspiration!

  8. Fab inspiration today.
When we were still living in the Netherlands, we always had a real Christmas tree. Since we moved to Crete, Greece 7 years ago, we didn't have any tree but maybe we'll get an artifical one this year. That's the only type we can get here, which makes perfect sense considering the climate. In Greek (and Cretan) villages you will typically see a municipal Christmas ship rather than a tree, because it's deemed to be more traditional, but there doesn't seem to be any evidence to support this.

  9. I am so enjoying seeing the tags everyday!

We have a real tree every year. When I still lived at home we had an artificial. I don't mind either, actually, as I find Christmas trees are always beautiful.

  23. I once said I would never have an artificial tree but caved in a few years ago. I used it 3 or 4 years and then decided it was as much work as a real tree. So I have gone back to a real tree that has been flocked and looks so real.
    Lovely tags.

    ReplyDelete

  38. Very festive tags!! Already day 24th!?

Well we do decorate a live tree in our household however it's not a pine tree. We used to buy a live one but the kids decided not to kill anymore tree, but they don't want an artificial one either; so we decorate a very tall (over 10 feet) umbrella tree instead! ;)

    ReplyDelete

My tree is a fake one! Bought it many years ago and it could use a replacement!

    ReplyDelete
  45. We have a very old artificial tree. Each year it looses more and more needles. I joke that one year when we open up the box, it will have finally disappeared!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Lovely! Thanks for sharing these with us.
Real or fake tree depends on the year. When have a real one we go cut it ourselves, but there are years when we do an artificial tree decorated with only my Snowbaby collection of ornaments.

    ReplyDelete
  47. I love all those tags using traditional Christmas colors! And yours is sooo elegant, Tracey!!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Great tags, I was really drawn to the Christmas cactus one. I am not sure which we will have this year! Growing up we always had a real one. Now I switch on and off between artificial and real.

    ReplyDelete
  49. We have one of each--the artificial in the family room and the real one in the less used living room which has the fire place for Santa to descend.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones.

    ReplyDelete
  50. DELIGHTFUL tags today!!!
WOW - your tag is GORGEOUS Tracey, LOVE your tree, LOVE the sentiment, LOVE the shape too!!! I think this is my favourite :)
Our Christmas tree is a little real one (it is a living tree) in a pot, it enjoys being inside with us over Christmas and then lives tucked in the garden for the rest of the year.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Beautiful tags! We used to always have a real tree until we put a pellet stove in our living room then it dried out too fast. We now have an unusual artificial one. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  52. We have my husband's grandma's old artificial tree because it was too big for her to trimm so we traded ours with hers :)
    Gorgeous inspirations today!

    ReplyDelete
  53. We finally caved and got a fake tree-- it really helps with my husband's allergies...

    ReplyDelete
  54. We have an artificial tree but every few years we get a real one.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I have to tell a story...the last time we had a tree, I was 3 or 4 years old. After that my parents opened a restaurant and never saw the purpose of a tree at home that we weren't never around to appreciate (we essentially lived at the restaurant during the day). There was no room for a tree at the restaurant, so no tree there either. Once the restaurant was sold, we kids were adults and, again, the parents saw no need for a tree (believing it's "for the kids"). One year I really wanted a tree, but didn't want to spend tons of money on decorations (because remember, no tree for almost 20 years). So I bought Christmas-wrapped Hershey's kisses, made little packages with plastic wrap and ribbon, and tied them to a fake twig tree my dad had made as home decor (I think it was supposed to look sort of like a cherry blossom tree?) It actually came out cute. I wish now I'd taken a picture. lol So...to answer the question...still no tree.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Wow WOW W*O*W!!!! We have a fake tree

    ReplyDelete
  57. Wonderful tags! I love all the different stamps and dies used to create these!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Ours is artificial and has been for a long time. . . mainly due to my cat and allergies! But, we don't let that dampen our spirits!

    ReplyDelete
  61. I love real trees but I do put up an artificial tree.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Those MUSE girls are amazing!!!! We unfortunately have a fake Xmas tree but only because the dog would probably chew it to bits and pull it outside!!

    ReplyDelete
  63. We have an artificial tree, but I love a real one! I just ordered that PTI tag you used for your wonderful tag! I'll have to pin this! All the tags are wonderful together!

    ReplyDelete
  64. Tracey, thank you so much for doing this. I am a tag lover and have been enjoying it so much. Thanks to you and these designers and companies I have pinned MANY of them. I have also been introduced to some new products and techniques. I am pretty sure I missed a few but have been trying hard to see as many as possible.
We ALWAYS have a real tree but the past couple years I have come dangerously close to buying a fake one with built in lights! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  65. After twenty years of real trees I finally but the bullet and went artificial. Have to say its a beauty though and looks wonderful.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  67. it's definitely artificial! Love it! Had a real one as kids and am fine either way really....real ones are messier. Gorgeous tags girls!

    ReplyDelete
  68. I love the smell of real tree but hate the clean up so we no do artificial one. Sometimes I get a few boughs for the smell factor ;)

    ReplyDelete
  69. Oh I love these! We have an artificial tree that was a first wedding gift from my in laws and I cherish it!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Loved the tags. Artificial. I gave up real trees years ago when I had to ask my kids, do you want presents or a real tree. We all know the answer to that. My little daughter wanted presents but she also wanted her tree. So she drew a tree on some large paper I had and we hung it on the wall and then taped our tiny Christmas lights on to it. We plugged it in. I think that was our best tree ever.

    ReplyDelete
  71. We have an artificial tree with lights. Beautiful tags! Yours is so cute with tiny red stars!

    ReplyDelete
  72. I only wish I had more time to put all this inspiration into practice! We used to have a live tree in a pot until it died :( and now we have an artificial one we made ourselves.
