Happy Tuesday and time for a new Cue Card at CASology!
This week our our cue word is:
Had some fun with this one creating a card for that friend who lives far away from me now. To create my sky behind my image I first die cut the coordinating die for the little girl from a Post-it Note and adhered it where I wanted her to go on my card base. Then I sponged Tumbled Glass in a circle motion on and around the die cut. Then I removed the die cut and stamped the image in the space and coloured. Worked out great but I had a backup plan if it didn't, like we need those right (I do)...if my colouring didn't work out I could always stamp and die cut another image to put it over top.
Pop on over to the blogs of the rest of the Design Team to see what they have to inspire you...
I am also linking this up to the Less is More challenge - FRIENDS!

Well, now why haven't I 'connected' the dots with using post-it-notes to ink around a die? I'm so d-uh at times! Yeesh! Oh well, not only your gorgeous card to bring a smile to my face - such a sweet little girl - but I'm coming away with a new technique! Win-win!!
