Clean and Simple Card Making 3 - Day 3

IMG_4034

Back with another card for Clean and Simple Card Making 3. Today's lesson was Optical Illutions. The card I made was based on Laura Bassen's lesson on layered stamping.  I stuck pretty close to her sample because that is how I learn, I do it once just as it is taught and then like an elephant I will never forget--well at least I hope I won't.  I was happy with the results, but really I wish I had worked with solid images. Next time, because I will remember?

  5. So very pretty Tracey. The Sketched Shapes look great. I almost used that for my card but found some solid circles in Buttons and Bits or something like that.

  23. Very cool card! Love the concept, and will have to try this. I like the sketchy circles, btw. It's a light, airy feeling. And the optical illusion works well, my brain can't translate them well as a rule, but I can see it here! Way to go!! Bev
