PTI 7th Anniversary Party - Day 5

Today's challenge was to make a birthday card for Papertery Ink. I broke out my On Liner banners again and probably should have had my glasses on when I was putting the centers back in the 'A' and two 'P's.  LOL I backed each letter with some bright cardstock, I love the effect against the white base.
