25 Days of Christmas Tags '13 - Day 15

Welcome back to Day 15 of 25 Tags for Christmas.

Today my guest is Stacey Schafer of Stacey's Stamping Stage!  I am sure you know Stacey, her beautiful patterned paper and layered designs are everywhere. I am on Stacey's Design Team at the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge where I am so lucky to have gotten to know her better. I am always in awe of her cards and how she can combine her elements perfectly. Check out the tag she designed for us today and be sure to stop in over at her blog to have a look around and leave her some love for her awesome tag.

Today for my tag I used a play on die cuts for my sentiment.
Can you guess what it is?

Three days ago I woke to this:

Milder temperatures on Sunday made it easier for my husband to get the Christmas lights up, while I stayed inside and made a new bow for the outdoor wreath. Most of the snow has melted now, but there is more in the forecast.

  10. ...holly jolly! Cute idea, cute tag, but what I loved seeing were all the pics of your beautiful house all decked out for Christmas. No flip flops for you with all that snow! What a great husband you have, mine was griping all weekend about putting up the lights and it was good weather, so we would never have any up if there was snow involved!

  12. Beautiful tags!
How fun to wake up to snow! We get a dusting here a couple of times each winter, but it always melts off in just a day or two. So pretty though!

  13. Darling tag - love those stitched holly leaves. Lovely lights on your house too. I have learned to put my lights up mid-November on a nice day so I don't have to deal with yucky weather (done that a few too many times!). Then just have to flip the switch on December 1st and enjoy them :)

  17. Both your and Stacey's tags are just perfect. It took me a moment, but I did figure out the word play from your tag. I recognize the paper, too. Fantastic photos--it's so nice to see where you are when we are chatting away.

  33. Love your holly jolly tag. So cute. The outside of our window looks just the same...white and snowy. Although your house looks much more jolly and festive than ours. We've been out of town and I still have our Thanksgiving wreath on the door...for shame...I've got to take that down in the morning.
