Day 24 of 25 Days of Christmas Tags, wow!
I cannot believe tomorrow is the last day!
Today I have Jessica Davis joining me from The Paper Parade. Jessica was on the Paper Smooches Sparks team earlier this year and currently we are both on The 12 Kits of Occasions design team. She is a super talented new mama who has taken time out of her busy schedule to join me as my guest. Timing is everything, I received the die for my Hero Arts snowman in the mail today. I was hoping that it would show up in time to make a tag for this series and it did. Now the black holly sprig on Santa's hat couldn't be black, but paper piecing didn't seem to be working. I have lots of Stickles because I love glitter (you may have noticed that I rarely use glitter), so I added green to the holly and red to the berries. Not thrilled with the results (maybe the reason I don't use glitter very often), so I decided that Ardyth will get my Stickles the next time we have lunch, she knows what to do with them. I stamped and cut the snowman on the fold so that this tag would open and stamped the 'snow much joy' inside, it didn't co-operate with taking a photo.
I thought I would share a photo of our tree before I go.

Jessica's tag is so soft and cute. I think your holly looks great. I've never used Stickles myself but have some coming. I'm not a glitter person but thought it fit the holidays.

Both your tag and Jessica's are great. I like what you did with the stickles--you are your own worst critic, you know. Gorgeous Christmas tree--and the way the lights reflect off of your wood floors is so warm and homey.
