Muse Challenge #21





A card for this week's Muse challenge.
This week's Muse card is by Terese Calvird. 




I was a bit stumped with where I wanted to go with my card, but came back to it deciding to pull out what I liked most about her card, what moved me. First it was the colours and then the rosettes.  My rosettes translated into Notched Flowers that lay flat. Lots of tone on tone stamping on my card base as well as on my Notched Flowers. I finished it off with some Cloud9 (do you remember them?) rain dots that I have had for years.

Stamps: Turning a New Leaf, Notched Flowers, Happiness in Bloom (Papertrey Ink)
Ink: Aqua Mist, Scarlet Jewel, Autumn Rose, Fresh Snow, True Black (Papertrey Ink)
Dies: Notched Flowers (Papertrey Ink)
other: foam tape, rain dots (Cloud9)

    Stunning card Tracey...love those colors together, so bright and very vivid. Your take on this week's card is amazing, there is something about these colors that really make it stand out.

    This is really beautiful. I can see the inspiration card and I can also see YOU in this card. Love those little embellies--never heard of them before. And, the way you stamped those notched flowers is great. Love the colors.

    Wow Tracey. I adore this card. I have this stamp set and the dies AND was trying to come up with an idea to use them yesterday. Everything I tried just wasn't working. Obviously, you've used them beautifully!!!
