Monday Morning Make...DIY Washi Tape



Just squeaking in for the Waltzingmouse Monday Morning Make DIY Washi Tape Challenge.  I am not really thrilled with my washi tape, but I definitely tried and learned something by doing it.  I will do it again but maybe with a better idea of what I am doing next time.   I used the Waltzingmouse My Heart cut files and embossed the co-ordinating image on to the open heart.  Love the weathered look.


Cardstock:  White, Pure Poppy (Papertrey Ink)
Stamps: My Heart, Woodgrain (Waltzingmouse Stamps)
Ink:  Pure Popp, True Black (Papertrey Ink)
Dies: My Heart cut files (Waltzingmouse Stamps)
other: tissue, Copics, double sided tape, white embossing powder

    I really like this! There's so much texture with the embossed heart and the matching Washi is just perfect!

    I think your DIY washi tape came out great. It has a weathered look that matches the heart.

    Tracey, it really looks fabulous! Your card is beautiful, with the hearts and then your Washi Tape has the look of an arrow. I love it.
