colourQ #176

Happy Tuesday and time for this week's colourQ!
Arielle put together another amazing palette of colours and isn't that sleeping bag adorable?

We have all had an occasion where we have overcooked a card when embossing.  I actually did  on the second embossing of my card but instead of starting over I was actually happy with the way it looked.  The centre of the flower looks kind of fluffy now.  What do you think?  If you want to learn how I did my double embossing here is a link to a video posted recently at Papertrey Ink.

We hope that you come a play with us this week at the colourQ and while you are there make sure to visit the blogs of the rest of the Design Team to see their fabulous creations.

All supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted.

Cardstock:  White (PTI) Primrose Petals, Calypso Coral (Stampin' Up)
Stamps: Mehndi Medallion, Funky Florals, Make A Wish Additions
Ink:  Scarlet Jewel, Simply Chartreuse (PTI) VersaMark (Tsukineko)
Dies: Funky Florals
other: foam tape, clear & white embossing powders

  2. Wow! The colors this week are amazing! I think you did a great job on the embossing. I love the way it looks. Isn't it so hard to emboss on white and sometimes over cook the paper where it turns brown? I have done that from time to time. LOL!
