Today is Boxing Day in Canada. Boxing Day is a statutory holiday, meaning everyone has the day off work. It is also the Canadian 'Black Friday", the Boxing Day blowout sales and the best prices as well as the biggest day for retail of the year. I don't plan on going shopping today, I am pretty much shopped out after Christmas, but my daughter is being picked up by a friend at 8:15 in the morning to hit the mall and find some deals!
It was such a wonderful Christmas this year with time spent with family, good times and good food. This year we had some good news to celebrate. My nephew and his wife announced the arrival of their first child this July, I am going to be an aunt again for the 22nd time! Another nephew and his girlfriend got engaged on Christmas Eve.
So my white on white card for the December Papertrey Blog Hop is for them.
The background is embossed with the Simple Stripes Impression Plate and the two hearts are embossed in white and adhered to the card with foam tape.
Enjoy the rest of the Hop!
All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:
I hope your daughter gets some good deals today! Love the delicate embossing. Beautiful Tracey.
