This is the first time that I have created a card for a challenge at The Play Date Cafe.  When I saw the colour inspiration for this week my heart skipped a beat--isn't it gorgeous?  It is Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada and I still have a few cards to finish up so the two combined made for play time.





All Supplies are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

Cardstock:  White, Scarlet Jewel, Ripe Avocado, Canyon Clay
Stamps: Thinks Big Favorites #19, Background Basics: Medallion
Ink:  Scarlet Jewel, Ripe Avocado, True Black
Felt: Scarlet Jewel, Ripe Avocado, Canyon Clay
Dies: Doily Details, Notched Flowers
other: Kraft button, button twine

    Oh, this is a gorgeous interpretation of those colors. You reminded me of how incredible that medallions background stamp is. I had no idea Thanksgiving was so early--Happy Thanksgiving!

    I love these colors too, almost like ColourQ last week. Your card is gorgeous with the felt flower or focal point.Love the stamping you did behind it. Who knew felt would could also be CAS
